Web based forms
Web based forms are dynamically generated by Corporate Mailer to help users collect and identify individual subscribers. Users are encouraged to display their Privacy Policy on these forms and be specific about reasons for collecting information at the time of collection.
Confirmation Emails
When a person subscribes to a web based form, the system can automatically send the new subscriber an email asking them to confirm their subscription. This is commonly termed double opt-in.
Once the subscriber has confirmed their subscription, Corporate Mailer logs the time and date of confirmation next to the original registration time and date stamp. Each confirmed subscriber is then identified by a confirmed subscription icon throughout Corporate Mailer.
Unsubscribe Link
All emails sent from Corporate Mailer have by default, an unsubscribe link on the side or at the bottom. When someone has unsubscribed, they are automatically removed from the database. The account holder is also notified so they can remove there user from any other databases they may appear on.
Send to a Friend
This function allows the account holder to encourage subscriptions by recipients forwarding on the original email.
Pricing for Corporate Mailer
A one off account activation fee of $300 applying to all new accounts this includes:
Activation of new account
Business email template (for your business)
First month membership of $50 included
There is a monthly account fee of $50 flat for all accounts. This includes the first 500 emails to be sent free.

For databases containing more then 50,000 recipients or if you are sending more then 50,000 email please contact us to get a personalized quote. All prices shown on this website include GST. All prices that appear on this website are in Australian dollars. Membership can be purchased in 1, 3 or 6 month blocks; at the end of each block excess emails over the 500 emails per month limit will be calculated and invoiced on your next account.
